Actor Siddharth, who extended help to the people of rain-hit Cuddalore district, says the conditions there are being 'exaggerated'. And all that people need to do is be concerned, rather than 'act dramatic.'
Cuddalore, a coastal town, was one of worst affected places due to the heavy downpour in Tamil Nadu over the last few weeks.
