New Delhi:
Cheryl Cole is reportedly planning to sign up for Internet dating.
The unlucky-in-love Call My Name singer - who has not had a serious relationship since she divorced footballer Ashley Cole in 2010 following claims he cheated - has apparently decided to give online dating a go.
A source said: "Cheryl's pals are urging her to go for it. She wasn't sure at first, but now thinks, 'What have I got to lose?' after their success."
However, the former X Factor judge plans to use an alias while she gets to know her potential suitors.
The insider told The Sun newspaper: "That way she can get to know someone rather than have them form an opinion of her because of her fame and who she is."
However, Cheryl publicly insists she just wants to focus on her career at present, and says she doesn't have time for a new relationship.
In a tongue in cheek reference to her new single, Cheryl told BBC Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles: "I'm not interested in dating, I'm too busy with my record. Nobody's calling my name though."
