Saif Ali Khan is the proud owner of a swanky Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT (which reportedly cost him Rs 1.07 crore) but the actor says he may just gift it to Taimur for Children's Day (because the little Nawab likes a smooth ride). The Chef star's first co-passenger will not be his actress wife Kareena Kapoor Khan (who just wrapped a Veere Di Wedding schedule in Phuket) but his almost one-year-old son Taimur. "There's a baby seat at the back (in the car)... so yes, Taimur will get the first ride," Saif told reporters after taking the delivery of the car in Worli. When asked about what he will gift Taimur on Children's Day, The Phantom actor said, "I'll have to think about it. I may just give him this car. This car has a lovely baby seat in the back. I'm very excited. I think Taimur will love the colour (of the car)... nice cherry red."

Taimur is Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor's first child together. Taimur was born on December 20, last year. Saif has two children with his first wife Amrita Singh - son Ibrahim, 16 and daughter Sara, 24. Sara is gearing up for her Bollywood debut in Abhishek Kapoor's Kedarnath opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. Of how he plans to make Children's Day celebration special for his kids, Saif said: "I think every day is Children's Day. No one day is special. Children are the important things in our lives."
Saif Ali Khan was last seen in Chef and before that in Rangoon (which was his first release of 2017). Both films tanked at the box office. His upcoming films are Kaalakaandi and Baazaar. He will also star in Netflix series Sacred Games.
