Los Angeles : Pop star Christina Aguilera and her estranged husband Jordan Bratman have reached a divorce settlement and their marriage will be officially over in April.
The 'What a Girl Wants' hitmaker filed the final divorce papers at a Los Angeles Court on Wednesday, reported TMZ.
The former couple will share joint custody of their son, Max, though the legal papers don't specify the terms of custody.
As for dividing up their property, the couple had a prenuptial agreement, but sources close to Bratman have claimed he got a little extra as part of the settlement.
The music executive has already moved out of their California mansion, which will remain with the 30-year-old singer. Her new boyfriend Matt Rutler has already moved into the property.
