London:
Oscar-winner Gwyneth Paltrow maintains her svelte figure with the help of coconut water and kale juice.
Talking about her eating plan in the latest issue of Self magazine, the 38-year-old said she drinks mainly liquids and avoids junk food to stay thin, the Daily Mail reported.
"Raw almonds with raisins, or coconut water, or I'll make a juice with kale, lemon juice, water, Vitamix and a little agave. I try to avoid barbeque potato chips. They're my weakness," the mother of two said.
Paltrow says she does indulge once in a while but tries to control herself.
"I always eat right, but...when I want to lose, I eat less pasta, bread and potatoes. Before last year's Iron Man 2 premiere, I did green juices and salads for three days," she said.
Coconut water is also a favourite with Madonna, Sienna Miller and Jessica Simpson.
