London:
Hollywood actor Colin Farrell, who is famous for his womanising and wild ways does not regret giving up alcohol as he still has a rocking time with his close friends.
The reformed Hellraiser star insists giving up his wild antics hasn't damaged his social life and is happy to see his friends drink without being urged to join them, Contactmusic reported.
"I didn't lose any friends because of it because it doesn't bother me watching my mates getting drunk when we go out. But it was the best decision I ever made in my whole life. Now I go home at 1am instead of four in the morning," said the 34-year-old actor.
Farrell, who has two sons from previous relationships is currently working hard for his role of the lead character, Douglas Quaidin in the Total Recall remake. "I've got this hairy Croatian boxing coach whotortures me every day. I need big muscles for this new movie. He's killing me with his drills," he said.
However, the Irish star, who has become a sober man after quitting his drinking and smoking addiction for the past two years insists he does not regret any of his wild mannerisms.
"The ins and outs of what I've been through, even when it comes to rehab, is not a sad story. None of it is a sadstory. I had a great time and some amazing memories and lots of good stuff that I've forgotten," he added.
