New Delhi: Emami has given Dabangg producer Arbaaz Khan 24 hours to remove 'Zandu Balm' from the song Munni badnaam hui.

According to reports, the company intends to sue on the grounds that the product name was used without their consent.

Emami has given an ultimatum that if their product name is not removed from the song within the next 24 hours, the matter will then be taken to court.

The song in question, Munni..., was key for the promotional campaign for this Salman Khan starrer film and the lyrics of the song, with this 'phrase', has become quite popular. Oddly enough, this issue had not been raised by Emami before the release.

The recently released Dabangg roared at the box office as it opened to a first day net collection of a whopping Rs 14.40 crore - the highest till date at the box office.

The movie directed by Abhinav Kashyap starring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha has set a new benchmark. As per official sources, the film has now created a record for earning Rs 48 crore, which is a whopping Rs 6 crore more than 3 Idiots, that had collected Rs 41 crore in the opening weekend.

Now, what remains to be seen is how Arbaaz Khan will deal with this particular bone of contention.
