Daniel Radcliffe: I don't particularly miss Harry Potter
The actor is excited that people will finally get a chance to see him do different stuff.
London: Daniel Radcliffe is happy to have come a long way from his famous role as boy wizard Harry Potter.

Radcliffe has consciously picked up edgy roles to shake his Potter image. He stars in Michael Dowse's romantic comedy The F Word and Alexandre Aja's fantastical murder mystery Horns and as poet Allen Ginsberg in Kill Your Darlings.

The 24-year-old actor said he no longer misses playing Potter, reported the Telegraph.

"I'm excited that people will finally get a chance to see me do different stuff. We had a fantastic time doing Harry Potter but it's really exciting to move on and doing other things," he said during the Toronto International Film Festival.

"I'll always be incredibly proud of it. I wouldn't be sitting here talking to you all if it weren't for Harry Potter. I have no illusions about that. But I don't particularly miss it. I'm very happy doing other things now," Radcliffe said.
