DemiLovato has returned to the recording studio to work on newmusic post her 10-week stint in rehab.
The 18-year-old star, who left an unnamed clinic inthe Illinois last month after being treated for "emotional andphysical issues", was back to recording music at the HollywoodRecords' office in Los Angeles on Wednesday, reported a website.
It is unclear as to when the Disney star will startshooting her TV show 'Sonny with a Chance'.
"Demi is recording music, but she's not back to setyet. She'll start shooting the show again when she's ready,"said a source.
Lovato entered rehab voluntarily at the beginning ofNovember 2010 after an incident in which she allegedly punchedbacking dancer Alex Welch.
In December, she settled her dispute with the dancerby giving her a sum of money in compensation.
