British TV personality Amanda de Cadenet will host the programme on Lifetime Network. The show will have a women's empowerment theme, reported New York Daily News.
Moore, who recently split from husband Ashton Kutcher, is only billed as a producer on the show, but she may also take on an on-camera role.
