London:
Beyonce thinks her Destiny's Child band mates put on a "fierce" performance at the Super Bowl XLVII on Sunday (03.02.13).
The Nuclear singers reunited for the first time since 2006 at the event in New Orleans, which attracted an average of 104 million viewers, and the 31-year-old believes their collaboration was among the highlights of her half-time show.
Beyonce told Inside Edition: "They were fierce honey. It was Gone with the Wind fabulous."
Kelly Rowland said their high profile reunion felt "wonderful", adding: "It was a great performance."Michelle Williams also enjoyed it, saying: "It was fun."
Beyonce previously admitted that she was "so proud" of her 14-minute performance and was pleased with the reaction to the show and the Destiny's Child reunion.
She said: "I'm feeling so proud, it was a really beautiful day.
"All the hard work, five months of preparation, and it was really great."
She added: "It really was a magnificent night for me and the girls."
The band also changed their set list for the event at the last minute, replacing 1999 hit Bills, Bills, Bills in favour of 2001 track Bootylicious because it better suited the high energy of the rest of their set.
A source said: "They kept rehearsing with 'Bills, Bills, Bills'. And the band started saying, 'How come they're not doing Bootylicious?"Bills... turned out to be too slow and wasn't flowing with the rest of the set. Bootylicious was a better way to introduce the girls with their names. It worked so much better."
