  • "Hum Dono" was the last black and white offering from Navketan Films that has produced cult films like Baazi, Guide, Prem Pujari, Tere Ghar Ke Saame and Hare Rama Hare Krishna to name a few.
  • The outing is also remembered for its still hummed songs like Mai zindagi ka saath nibhata chala gaya and Abhi na jaao chhodkar.
  • The coloured version of the film has been created by incorporating state of the art advanced technology in the US and is in anamorphic lens series CinemaScope with Dolby Digital Ex surround sound.
