Actor Dhanush's upcoming Tamil action comedy film Maari has been given U-certificate by the Censor Board.
The film has been written and directed by Balaji Mohan and will release on July 17.
Dhanush, 31, posted on microblogging site Twitter:
The movie also stars Kajal Agarwal, Vijay Yesudas, Robo Shankar and Kaali Venkat.
Anirudh Ravichander has composed the film's soundtrack which reportedly consists of four songs and theme music with a local, earthy charm.
