Action-thriller Dhoom 3, whichwill see actor Aamir Khan playing a negative role for thefirst time, will begin shooting from this May without anydelay.
Aamir will join the shoot in June as per plan, YashRajFilms said in a statement dismissing reports that the film'sshoot has been delayed because of Aamir's prior commitments.
The 47-year-old actor, who is busy with his first TVouting, has postponed the release of his ambitious projectTalaash to the year end. Earlier, the film was to release inJune.
Produced by Aditya Chopra, Dhoom 3 is written anddirected by Vijay Krishna Acharya, who had also written thefirst two films Dhoom and Dhoom 2 in the hit franchise.
Apart from Aamir Khan, who plays the anti-hero in thefilm, and Katrina Kaif, both Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Choprawill reprise the roles of Jai Dixit and Ali.
The film is slated for a 2013 release.
