While Bollywood celebrities like Abhishek Bachchan, Ritesih Deshmukh, Rekha, among others managed to cast their votes for the on-going assembly elections in Maharashtra, actress Dia Mirza had to give the elections a miss this year.
The actress, who is in Delhi for her wedding to producer Sahil Sangha, says that had it not been for the ceremony, "I'd never miss out on this."
Dia tweeted:
For the first time will be missing out on my opportunity to #vote in Mumbai... If not for my wedding I'd never miss out on this.

The Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein actress will marry her long time beau Sahil Sangha in a private ceremony in Delhi, which will be attended by her family and close friends. Dia is likely to host a lavish reception for her colleagues in Mumbai.
Sahil and Dia got engaged in New York in April this year, after their visit for an award show in Tampa Bay.
The duo co-own a production house called Born Free Entertainment, which released its second project Bobby Jasoos earlier this year featuring actress Vidya Balan in the lead role.
