Speaking to reporters at the unveiling of the firstlook of the film, Madhur said it was for the first time thathe had attempted a romantic comedy. "It is a slice of lifemovie," he said.

Produced by his Bhandarkar Entertainment and KumarMangat Pathak's Wide Frame Pictures, Dil Toh Baccha Hai Jiis all set to release on 28th January, 2011.

The film is a romantic comedy starring Ajay Devgn,Emraan Hashmi, 3 Idiots fame Omi Vaidya in the male leadsand Shruti Hassan, Shazahn Padamsee and Shraddha Das in thefemale leads. The music in the film is by Pritam.Bhandarkar said for the first time, he has exploredthe genre of romantic comedy within realistic parameters.

"It is a slice of life film about three men and theirencounters with love. A listless Naren Ahuja (Ajay Devgn),well into his thirties and going through a divorce, falls inlove with a vibrant and bubbly June Pinto (Shazahn Padamsee)who has just stepped out of her teens.

Milind Kelkar (Omi Vaidya), a naive poet and anidealistic lover, is besotted by an ambitious and practicalGungun Sarkar (Shraddha Das) who is determined to follow herdreams and a charming Casanova Abhay (Emraan Hashmi), startsfeeling an alien emotion called love, when he feelsincreasingly drawn towards Nikki (Shruti Hassan), a moderngirl who knows her wants and speaks her mind."

Struggling to cope with modern women and contemporaryrelationships, these three men go through a fun-filled rollercoaster ride of emotions with its constant highs and lows thatusually accompany love.

"But will they succeed in their quest for happiness orlove? Or does destiny have different plans for them - that isthe crux of this story," Madhur said.
