Mumbai:
Actor Varun Dhawan said that Rohit Shetty's Dilwale has all the ingredients of a commercial Bollywood potboiler, but it also has intense and emotional elements with twists and turns.
"There's a lot to Dilwale. It's a very big film. I don't think the entire film can fit into one trailer, but there is a plot, a story which is totally logical. It has a lot of twists and turns," said Varun, who stars opposite Kriti Sanon in the movie. Dilwale also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol.
"This film has romance, drama, action. There is everything for the viewer in this. But there's a sort of a twist in the second half which I'm looking forward for people to see. It's a very intense and emotional part," he added.
"Rohit Shetty makes films for the families. Nowadays there are very few directors who make films for families. Honestly, I do films so that when people watch it in the theatre, they smile," Varun said.

When asked about it, Varun said: "We've purposely not shown too much about it because we want the audience to come to the theatre and enjoy. If we show everything at the start, then what's the fun."
Dilwale releases on December 18, the same time as Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani.
