Disha Patani Recalls When She "Almost Got Into Accidents" Because Of School Crush Ranbir Kapoor

Disha Patani, who is busy with the promotional duties of Ek Villain Returns, during an interaction with Pinkvilla, revealed that she had a crush on Ranbir Kapoor when she was in school. Recalling a couple of incidents, the actress told Pinkvilla, "When I was in school, I was a huge fan, and I almost got into so many accidents because I used to see his poster. In my city, there was a huge poster of his. I think he was endorsing some brand and I used to just stare at it, and ride my scooty, and I just bumped into so many things while doing that." When asked if she told the actor about her crush, Disha replied "not really but I will."

Disha Patani is rumoured to be dating actor Tiger Shroff. Ranbir Kapoor is married to actress-producer Alia Bhatt. The couple will co-star in Brahmastra for the first time. They began dating on the sets of the film and they got married in an intimate ceremony at their house Vastu in April this year. Alia Bhatt announced her pregnancy in an Instagram post last month.

Disha Patani is best-known for starring in films such as Baaghi 2, co-starring rumoured boyfriend Tiger Shroff, and Kung Fu Yoga, among others. Disha Patani, a former model, made her big Bollywood debut with the 2015 sports biopic MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, co-starring late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. The film also featured Kiara Advani. The actress was also seen in Mohit Suri's action-thriller Malang, co-starring Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kunal Kemmu.

Ranbir Kapoor, who recently starred in Shamshera, will next be seen in Ayan Mukerji's Brahmastra with wife Alia Bhatt. The film will also star Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy. He will also feature in Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Animal with Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. He also has an untitled Luv Ranjan film in the line-up.
