All thanks to the Diwali parties in Bollywood, Anupam Kher was able to meet his “dearest friend” after a very long time. Any guesses? It is none other than Shah Rukh Khan. The actor has also shared a picture on Instagram. Here, the two, dressed in their festive best, are smiling for the lens at a Diwali bash. With the background music, Anupam Kher reminded us of the evergreen film Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge. Oh yes, it is the all-time classic song Tujhe Dekha Toh. Wait, we have more. Don't miss the caption. He wrote, “Diwali bonanza. Met my dearest friend Shah Rukh Khan after a very long time. He was as always loving, caring, respectful, compassionate and of course charming. Anupam Kher's Diwali bonanza doesn't end here. The actor also shared a picture with Rani Mukerji and thanked her for the “hospitality and warmth”. Anupam Kher, who played Rani's on-screen father in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, wrote, “Thank you dearest Rani and Adi [Aditya Chopra] for your hospitality and warmth! It was great to spend some time with you and our friends! I loved your home, Rani. It is beautiful! Love and prayers always.” 

Meanwhile, Anupam Kher also shared glimpses from the Bachchan family's Diwali bash. Sharing pictures of himself and Amitabh Bachchan, he wrote, “Thank you Amitji, JayaJi, Abhishek and Aishwarya for a wonderful Deepawali experience at your place.
