Los Angeles: Actress Drew Barrymore has recently made her account on the micro-blogging site Twitter.
The 38-year-old Big Miracle star had once said that she is an old-fashioned girl and has no interest in joining the site, reported Us magazine.
"Late to the party, but happy to be here. 140 characters should keep me from rambling... Someone told me it doesn't all have to fit in 1 tweet," she wrote in her inaugural post on the micro-blogging site.
Within just a few hours of joining Twitter, Barrymore had more than 6,000 followers.
