New Delhi:
It's a wrap for Malayalam star Dulquer Salmaan's first Bollywood film Karwaan, co-starring Irrfan Khan and Milthila Palkar. The actress shared the news on social media with a selfie, featuring the trio, and wrote, "Cannot believe the most fun month and a half just zoomed past and we already celebrated the film wrap! Official film wrap celebration tha, how could I not have dragged these two into a selfie? Thank you for being awesome, you two!" Karwaan is directed by Akarsh Khurana, the dialogue writer of films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and 2 States. The film went on floors earlier in September and has been extensively shot in Ooty.

We are also thankful to Mithila for sharing such good pictures from Karwaan sets.
Of his Bollywood debut, Dulquer, told news agency PTI that he is would prefer 'interesting and memorable roles' than 'fancy ones.' "I don't think I want to play a big fancy lead role in Hindi films just for the sake of it. I would prefer to do interesting roles. If I get a memorable role, it would have a bigger impact than debuting as a lead in a film where nobody knows me."
Dulquer Salmaan, the star of films such as OK Kanmani and Bangalore Days, also added that he will decide about his career in Bollywood after Karwaan's release. "In Hindi films, I will take it year by year. I will see how Karwaan is received, if they like me. It is a sync-sound film, not like I dubbed for it and corrected." His last release was Solo.
Karwaan is being produced by Ronnie Screwvala. A release date hasn't been finalised for the film yet.
