- Ameesha tweeted: “Hey tweethearts. Got home from a long day 2 a real sweet surprise.manayatta n sanjay dutt sent me a beautiful pair of lil diamond earrings.”
- Then this: “N the cutest lil card. Such a sweet bday present.”
- Even ‘lil’ diamond earrings are a lavish gift, especially from close-friends turned (reportedly) disgruntled acquaintances.
- A week ago we heard Sanjay Dutt was upset with wife Maanyata’s close gal pal, Ameesha, for posting a picture of his baby Iqra. Ameesha did not take permission from Mom Maanyata before posting the picture which was lapped up and reproduced in the media.
- So were the Dutts really annoyed at this ‘leak’ of their baby’s picture? Ameesha says not at all. In reply to a question posted on Twitter over the Dutts being unhappy, she tweeted: “that's all wrong news dear. Dutts r family.”
- Looks like she is right after all – else why would they gift her diamond earrings – albeit two weeks later?
