The movie also topped the most searched movies list in India and takes the fourth position in the country's overall top search list.
Ek Tha Tiger which released on August 15, 2012, had broken opening day records by collecting Rs 33 crore at the box office and its overall sales crossed Rs 198 crore. It also became the longest standing movie to be featured in the most viewed list on mobile devices in India.
Internationally, Ek Tha Tiger finds its place among movies like The Hunger Games, which took the top spot, Skyfall, Prometheus and Paranormal Activity 4.
On the India Zeitgist list, Ek Tha Tiger is followed by Akshay Kumar superhit Rowdy Rathore and Emraan Hashmi starrer Jannat 2. The Zeitgeist also shows that sequels drew web users' interests as Housefull 2, Raaz 3, Jism 2 also make it to the top 10.
According to Google Zeitgeist, the list ranks ' the searches that had the highest amount of traffic over a sustained period of time in 2012 as compared to 2011'.
