Model-turned-actress Elena Kazan, who shared screen space with Saif Ali Khan in Agent Vinod, has been roped in to star opposite Randeep Hooda in new film John Day.
Elena will be playing an Iranian woman, the love interest of Randeep's character.
Directed by Ahishor Solomon and produced by Anjum Rizvi and K. Asif, John Day is a thriller with an ensemble cast of Naseeruddin Shah, Shernaz Patel, Salim Ghouse and Vipin Sharma.
Born in Moscow, Elena grew up in Germany She is well-versed in Russian, French, German, English, Spanish, Bengali and Hindi.
