London:
British actress Emma Watson has chopped off her long locks in favour of a short cropped hairstyle.
The 20-year-old star played the role of Hermione Granger in Harry Potter franchise and sported a long, wavy brown hairstyle for the duration of the movie series.
Filming wrapped on Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II in June (10) - and now Watson has decided to drastically change her look.
In the photo posted on her website, Watson is seen with a short, elfish crop, reports dailystar.co.uk.
In an accompanying post, she writes, "Cut my hair off a few days ago... Feels incredible. I love it. I've wanted to do this for years and years; it's the most liberating thing ever. Hope you like it. Big love from Emma."
