Spanish pop star Enrique Iglesias took home nine prizes at the Latin music awards including Latin artist of the Year.
The 35-year-old took the honours for his Latin pop album 'Euphoria', reported contactmusic.
"My career has had its ups and downs, but my Latino audience has always stood by me," said Iglesias, who thanked his fans for their unfailing support throughout his almost 15 years of music-making.
'Tonight I am loving you' star ran among the audience with hugs, handshakes and kisses for everyone within reach, after winning Latin Artist of the Year.
Runner-up to Iglesias in the number of awards won was colombian singer Shakira with six awards.
