- Veteran actors Dilip Kumar, Saira Banu, Jeetendra, Sanjay Khan, new Rajya Sabha MP Rekha, and Zeenat Aman made it to the reception. A host of younger stars including Dirty actress Vidya Balan, Dhak dhak girl Madhuri Dixit, Sushmita Sen, Tabu, Kajol and Sridevi were also there.
- Salman Khan, who had taken charge of Esha's wedding celebrations, was also there to wish his rakhi sister.
- Veteran actress Saira Banu, who was wearing an orange sari, said: "We are very happy for Esha and Bharat. We wish them good luck and this is going to be very happy for them."
