Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria has been threatened with a lawsuit by a driver who was caught up in a car crash with her last week.
The 35-year-old who plays Gabrielle Solis in the hit soap, was driving through Los Angeles on Wednesday night when her car collided with another vehicle.
The actress and the other motorist, Roman Gasparyan, are said to have suffered minor injuries in the crash, butneither required hospitalisation.
Gasparyan has now threatened legal action against the star, alleging the crash was her fault and claiming he hassuffered back and neck pain, severe headaches, anxiety and blood pressure complications since the accident, reported TMZ online.
Gasparyan's attorney Sanjay Sobti has confirmed that a civil lawsuit will be filed this week.
