Actor Boman Irani will soon start shooting for Made In China, which also stars Rajkummar Rao. The 58-year-old actor, who will be sharing the screen with Rajkummar for the first time, said that he is "thrilled" to work with him, news agency IANS reported. "He is a good actor. He tries to do something different in his every film and he has a fire in him and taking inspiration of his energy, I am also inspired to do the movie. So overall, I am thrilled to work with him," IANS quoted the actor as saying. Mouni Roy, who was recently seen in Gold opposite Akshay Kumar, is also part of the film.
Boman Irani also said that he is "really excited" to be part of the project, which is being directed by Mikhil Musale. "I am really excited to be part of it. In fact yesterday, Rajkummar Rao came at my house where we started rehearsals of the film. I am excited to work with him as well," Boman Irani added.
Made In China depicts the story of a Gujarati businessman (played by Rajkummar Rao), who undertakes a journey to become a successful entrepreneur. Mouni Roy, who is also part of the film plays Rajkummar's wife.
Mouni Roy, who is also sharing screen with Rajkummar Rao for the first time, was all praises for the actor. "I think Rajkummar is a tremendous actor and I have always looked up to his work. I can't wait to start working with him. I am even more ecstatic to be a part of Maddock Films," Mouni Roy, said in a statement.
Made In China is expected to release in 2019.
