Fawad Khan Says This is More Important Than India vs Pakistan T20 Match

Mumbai: Pakistani actor Fawad Khan said he is excited over the cricket match between India and Pakistan in World T20 tournament but the excitement is more for his film Kapoor And Sons, which releases today.

"I am very excited but I'm more excited for Kapoor And Sons. Currently there is no India versus Pakistan T20, only Kapoor And Sons," Fawad said at the screening of the film.

Like every India-Pakistan match, this match is eagerly been awaited by the fans of both countries. The match will be held on Saturday, while Fawad's film released on Friday. (Also Read - It's Complicated: Kapoor And Sons and Other Lessons in Love and Geometry)

Of the film, he said: "The USP is that it is a relatable family drama, it is a sweet and a heartfelt story, I feel that such kind of films are hardly made because it is very simple and made for the love of filmmaking."

"There was no need to plug in any unimportant element and no need to sprinkle any masala, the story is that complete. The movie itself is so entertaining and so full of love that people would watch it," he added.
