Actor Fawad Khan, the Pakistani heartthrob who acquired a formidable fan base in India after playing the role of a royal in the remake of 1980 super hit film Khoobsurat starring Sonam Kapoor as the female lead, may be paired opposite her once again.
Fawad Khan and Sonam Kapoor may come together once again for the screen adaptation of author Anuja Chauhan's bestseller Battle For Bittora.
Director Shashanka Ghosh said he is writing the script of the movie with Fawad and Sonam in mind. Battle For Bittorawill be produced by Sonam's sister Rhea Kapoor.
Fawad will reportedly play the role of Zain Altaf Khan, the scion of a North Indian royal family who mixes good-looks with idealism and ambition for a political career. Sonam is yet to be approached for the film.
It is to be seen if the Khoobsurat jodi will team up to recreate their electrifying chemistry onscreen once again or not.
