A model claims Fazer kissed her while he was dating Tulisa Contostavlos.
The X Factor judge split from her N-Dubz bandmate after an 18-month relationship in January, and model Hannah Borg has now claimed he openly kissed her in London nightclub Whisky Mist last November.
She told Heat magazine: "We were just dancing and we ended up kissing. It was mutual."
Hannah than claims she went to Fazer's car where he told her he was not in a relationship.
She added: "We were talking and it was quite noisy, so we agreed to go for a cigarette, and he was like, 'We might as well go and sit in the car and talk.' I don't think he wanted people seeing us outside.
"When we were in the car, I asked him if he had a girlfriend and he said he didn't."
Hannah didn't realise until later that Fazer - real name Richard Rawson - was famous, until one of her friends later told her. She swapped contact details with him, but they didn't meet up again.
Tulisa has recently said she is demanding in a relationship, saying: "I don't stand for any s**te. I'm selfish. I'm very stubborn. I never back down and I'm possessive."
While she hasn't commented on Hannah's accusations Tulisa was spotted yesterday (07.02.12) laughing at sex toys in a Hustler store in Hollywood, where she is said to be working on a solo album.
