Fergie and Josh Duhamel named their son Axl Jack

The Black Eyed Peas singerFergie and her actor husband Josh Duhamel have welcomed theirfirst child together.
The couple named their son Axl Jack, which is most likelya homage to one of Fergie's favorite bands of all-time -- Guns'N Roses, famously fronted by Axl Jack, reported Us magazine.
"Fergie is a huge Guns 'N Roses fan - one of her careerhighlights has been performing and recording with Slash - soAxl makes perfect sense," a source close to the singer said.The 38-year-old singer and Duhamel had been prepping forthe big day for a while and arrived at their VIP maternitysuite thoroughly prepared for the child-birth and a stay athospital after.
It has been reported that the new parents also took on thewhole process admirably and had been thoroughly prepared forwhat to expect for a number of weeks.
Duhamel was reportedly seen casually chatting with staffwhilst his wife was prepped and made to feel at home; the samematernity unit used recently by Kim Kardashian and NBA starDwight Howard.
Fergie met and began dating Duhamel in 2004 and the duogot married in 2009.
