Michael Fassbender and Kate Winslet in a still from Steve Jobs
Los Angeles:
The first trailer of Oscar-winning director Danny Boyle's upcoming film Steve Jobs has been released online.
Actress Kate Winslet and Seth Rogen star as Apple's employees alongside Michael Fassbender, who plays the titular character. It also features glimpses of other characters like John Sculley (Jeff Daniels), who served as the CEO of Apple.
The trailer, which doesn't reveal much about the movie's plot, starts with Steve Jobs looking at an empty auditorium reminiscing his initial tough days in the industry. The screen then shrinks to making the shape of Apple's famous iPhone and finally an 'I'. As the visual returns Steve Jobs walks to the centerstage amid huge applause.
The film is set to release on October 9.
