The first look at Jagga Jasoos, starring actors and rumoured couple Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif, has been released by Ranbir on Instagram.
Ranbir, who plays the titular jasoos, wears a denim jacket over a white t-shirt, geeky glasses and holds a joke moustache over his upper lip. Katrina is similarly bespectacled and wears what looks like suspenders over a sunny yellow tank top, her neatly held back with an Alice band.
Helmed by Ranbir's Barfi director Anurag Basu, Jagga Jasoos revolves around a gifted young detective's quest to find his missing father (Govinda) with the help of his assistant, played by Katrina. Ranbir and Katrina have previously co-starred in Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani (2009) and Rajneeti (2010).
Jagga Jasoos is scheduled to release on August 28, 2015.
