It was a return of the native of sorts for superstar Amitabh Bachchan, who was filming his next film Do - co-starring Farhan Akhtar - in New Delhi till yesterday. Mr Bachchan, who attended Delhi's Kirori Mal College as a young student, posted pictures from the shoot, accompanied by poetic descriptions, on his Facebook page.
This is him sitting face-to-face with Farhan under a banyan tree with the ruins of Purana Quila in the backdrop, his chai resting in a thermos and a game of chess in progress.
It seems like Purana Quila, or Old Fort as it is famously called, completely bowled Big B over. He couldn't get enough of what he saw there - right from the inscriptions on the walls to the beauty and the precision of the edifice's architecture - which he eventually posted on his Facebook page for his fans to see.
Little is known about the movie and it's unclear what role exactly the wheelchair-bound Mr Bachchan is playing in the film.
