Actress Catherine Tresa has reportedly been roped in to feature in a special song alongside Chiranjeevi in his upcoming Telugu action-drama Khaidi No 150, a remake of Tamil blockbuster Kaththi.
"Catherine was signed on for the song nearly three months ago. The makers only had her in mind and when she was approached, she immediately grabbed the opportunity. It's a peppy number, and it will see Catherine match steps with Chiranjeevi," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
The song is yet to be filmed. "The dates are being figured out. It will be shot in a specially erected set in Hyderabad," the source added.
Kaththi didn't feature the song, but according to the source director VV Vinayak felt it could be added as a special treat to Chiranjeevi's legions of fans.
Also starring Kajal Aggarwal and Tarun Arora, the film is being jointly produced by Ram Charan and Lyca Productions.
