Hollywood star Vin Diesel is in a 'Xander state of mind' and he has our very own Deepika Padukone keeping him company. Deepika, 30, has just joined the film unit of her Hollywood debut, xXx: The Return of Xander Cage, and here's the first picture of her first day on set in Toronto with her co-star. Vin Diesel, 48, reprises his role as Xander Cage, Deepika's character is named Serena. (Also Read: Vin Diesel Shares Images From xXx: The Return of Xander Cage Sets)

Director DJ Caruso tweeted this picture of Oscar-winning cinematographer Russell Carpenter setting the first shot with Deepika, calling it 'stunning.'

In between his xXx updates, he also confirmed the 9th and 10th instalments of the Fast and Furious series, posting a photo of himelf riding in a silver car with his daughter Hania as co-passenger.
