Gauri Khan, in a recent interview with NDTV's Arun Singh, opened up about how she is gearing up for the festive season and what Diwali at her house Mannat looks like. When asked if the Diwali preparations at Mannat have begun, the film producer said, "I think, in festivals, you look forward to just the family being together and celebrating something and looking forward to something. If nothing else, just having loads of sweets in the house, gaining some weight and playing cards. It's just fun being with the family and decorating the house so, I am looking forward to that."

Asked what the festival looks like at her and Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow Mannat, Gauri Khan said, "Well, we haven't started yet but yes decorating the house and putting loads of lights and an extra sparkle and really looking forward to Diwali this year."

Gauri and Shah Rukh Khan are known for hosting lavish Diwali parties every year, which are usually attended by Bollywood A-listers. However, over the last few years, Gauri Khan did not host Diwali parties at Mannat due to the pandemic.

Shah Rukh Khan married Gauri Khan in 1991. The star couple are parents to Aryan, 24, (their eldest child), who graduated from University Of South California. Their daughter Suhana will soon make acting debut with Zoya Akhtar's The Archies. SRK and Gauri are also parents to AbRam, who attends school in Mumbai.
