Hollywood star George Clooney's lawyer wife Amal will deliver a lecture on human rights law at the Columbia Law School.
"It is an honour to be invited as a visiting professor at Columbia Law School alongside such a distinguished faculty and talented student pool," she said in a statement.
"I look forward to getting to know the next generation of human rights advocates studying here," Amal added.
Amal, who married Mr Clooney last year in Venice, has served as a senior advisor to Kofi Annan and represented WikiLeaks Julian Assange, among other high profile jobs.
