New York:
Supermodel Gisele Bundchen has said she found it difficult to adjusting to motherhood initially but has now realised how "wonderful" it is.
The 30-year-old star - who gave birth to son Benjamin, her first child with husband Tom Brady, in December 2009 - can't imagine her life without her baby, reported New York Post.
"I love being a mother. It is challenging and it is different when everything is not about you and your life - now there is someone much more important. It takes some adjusting, but it is so, so wonderful," said Bunchen.
The Brazilian beauty - who married New England Patriots quarterback Brady in February last year - also said she is happy she waited to find the right man before having a baby.
"My son is so beautiful, I love him so much. But before you have children, you have got to make sure you've got a great man. You can't settle for less - someone you love, and someone who has the same beliefs," said Bundchen.
