Actress Gwyneth Paltrow believesshe has reached a point in her life where it does not matterwhat her critics think.
The actress, who raises two children with rocker husbandChris Martin, says focusing on such things is a waste of time,reported People magazine quoting her interview to Red.
"The older I get, I realize it doesn't matter what peoplewho don't know you think. It doesn't matter. You're wastingyour energy," she said.
"It's like, if your partner comes to you - or your bestfriend - and says, 'Listen, I want to talk about something youdid that to hurt me, or I think you could improve,' sit down andlisten to what they have to say."
The 41-year-old actress said she has made it a point tonot read gossip about herself.
"That's why I really don't read anything. If it'simportant, it filters down to me."
