The Shakespeare in Love star is keen to shake off herChristmas fatigue and has enlisted the help of a specialist toguide her on the Clean initiative,reported Contactmusic.
"Next week, when it's back to the grind with work and thedaily school run, I'm starting off with Clean, my go-tocleanse from Dr Alejandro Junger, with whom goop has partneredfor the month of January," Paltrow wrote in her onlinenewsletter Goop.
