Coldplay frontman Chris Martin says being married to actress Gwyneth Paltrow stops him from feeling famous.
The 34-year-old Paradise hitmaker, who has children Apple and Moses with the actress, said he does not feel thatfamous even though he is part of one of the biggest bands in the world because of his Oscar-winning wife Paltrow's hugesuccess, Femalefirst reported.
"Ridiculous as it sounds, I still feel like we're trying to make it. I think being married to someone much more famous makes me feel not famous all," he said.
Martin also insisted he doesn't worry about the band being popular, as that would mean he would also have to spend time thinking about the people who do not like his group.
"It matters to me whether we get some sing-alongs, I love that more than anything. But as popular as you are, you're also unpopular so it just levels out at nothing. If you're going to respond to the people who think you're special, then you're going to have to respond to the peoplewho think you're not special.
"I'm so grateful for the people who do like us that I don't really care about the ones that don't," he added.
