Oscar-winning actress Halle Berrysays she was forced to evacuate her home recently when agardener uncovered a colony of black widow spiders under alawn chair in her pool area.
The Monster's Ball star said that she freaked out whenshe realised the poisonous spiders were living beneath a chairshe used every other day and fled the house until they hadbeen destroyed, reported Daily Express.
"(There were) hundreds under this lawn chair that wewould all sit on around the pool every other day.
"We found out there was a whole village, a colony ofblack widows... One of the gardeners decided he should cleanit and when he looked under it it was like, 'Argh!' I justleft... I said, 'I'm gonna leave and you're gonna have tohandle that because I can't stand spiders...' I don't evenlike Daddy Long Legs (crane flies)," she said.
