London: Actress Halle Berry has beengranted a restraining order by the court against a man who wasearlier found trespassing her Los Angeles home thrice in aweek.
The man who has been recognized as Richard A Franco,is ordered to stay 100 yards away from her and her daughterNahla at all times, reported Contactmusic.
"This person has invaded and trampled upon the mostfundamental sense of security I have and I am extremelyfrightened of him and what he might do to me or those I love,"Berry said in the court.
Judge Carol Boas Goodson from the Los Angeles SuperiorCourt has issued a temporary order against the 27-year-oldFranco.
The guy was first spotted by Berry when he wasstanding on the other side of a glass door in her kitchen, buthad previously jumped a wall at her home.
Franco has a history of violence and drug offenses andis still in custody, with bail set at USD 150,000.
