Filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra, the trailer of whose debut Hollywood project Broken Horses was unveiled on Tuesday, says he hasn't thought about remaking the movie for Hindi audiences as of now.

At the event, graced by Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan, when Vidhu Vinod Chopra was asked if he plans to make a Bollywood version of Broken Horses and whom would he like to cast in it, he said "It is difficult to say, but I am very fortunate to sit with two finest actors Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir. They are the best. I haven't thought of remaking it (the film yet)."

Vidhu Vinod Chopra, who has produced, directed and written Broken Horses has stepped out of his comfort zone with the movie, which stars actors like Maria Valverde, Thomas Jane, Anton Yelchin and Vincent D'Onofrio.

The thriller is set in the shadows of the US-Mexico border gang wars, and it highlights the bonds of brotherhood, laws of loyalty, and the futility of violence.

Co-written by Chopra and Abhijat Joshi, the film is slated to hit the theatres on April 10, 2015.

Asked why he takes a long time to direct films, Vidhu Vinod Chopra said "As a producer also, I take a long time. I don't make too many films because it takes time. Broken Horses took me five years and PK also took us five years."

"It takes time to make a good film. After watching this film, you will realise that a lot of work has been done in the film. It took me one and half years to find a location for this film." In the past, Chopra has directed movies like Parinda, 1942: A Love Story and Mission Kashmir.
