Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's21-year-old son Marston was arrested after he allegedlyattacked his Playmate of the Year girlfriend Claire Sinclair.
Law enforcement sources said that cops were called to thehome Marston shares with Sinclair in Pasadena, CA on Sundaynight after one of Sinclair's family members called 911,claiming Marston had attacked her, reported TMZ.
Cops arrived at the scene and observed visible injurieson Sinclair's body, including bruises and red marks, sourcessaid.
Marston admitted the two had gotten into an argument, butdid not say he struck Sinclair.
Sinclair told the police that Marston had punched her,kicked her in the stomach and then refused to let her leavethe residence. She called family members after the allegedattack and her family called the cops.
After a brief investigation, Marston was arrested formisdemeanor domestic violence shortly after 11 pm and wastaken to a nearby police station where he was booked.
He was released on USD 20,000 bail a few hours later.
Now Sinclair, 20, who was named Playmate of the Year in2011, has reportedly sought a restraining order againstMarston.
Sinclair, who has been dating Marston on-and-off sinceAugust 2010, wrote on her Twitter page: "There's two types ofpain in the world pain that hurts you, and pain that makesyou stronger. All of your positivity is giving me strength."
