Following in the footsteps ofKate Middleton, supermodel Heidi Klum is now consideringfiling a lawsuit after topless photos of her vacationing on aprivate beach surfaced online.
In the photos, the 39-year-old German beauty is seenvacationing with her new boyfriend, bodyguard Martin Kirsten,with her bikini top off, reported TMZ.
Sources close to the former Victoria's Secret model saidthat Klum's camp is trying to locate the original Frenchpublication that ran the photos, since multiple websites havealready picked them up.
According to the sources, Klum is upset because thephotos were a blatant invasion of privacy, not unlikeMiddleton's case, in which she was snapped in a "healthy andprofoundly intimate" moment at a villa in southern France, asMiddleton's lawyer Aurelien Hamelle argued.
