British actress Helena BonhamCarter has said she will never go under the knife to lookyoung because cosmetic surgery will affect her careeradversely.
The Alice In Wonderland star has never resorted tocosmetic procedures because she's convinced her "naturallooks" appeal to movie directors, reported Daily Mail.
"I can still move all my face muscles! There aren'tmany who can still do that. Age is underrated. I think what'shappening is that directors and the studios want actresses whohave natural looks, who haven't had any work done.
"You have two choices. You can have the work done andlook weirder, or have nothing done and look older. I think theonly way I'll continue to get work is if I don't get anythingdone," she said.
The 44-year-old actress hopes to emulate veteran starJudi Dench, who has maintained a successful acting careerwhile growing old gracefully.
"Look at Judi Dench. She's beautiful. Talk about herface being her fortune! She never stops working. That's what Iwant for me," Carter added.
